Zero-backlash roller-rack series selection

The nine TCG series provide 80, 100, 120, 160, 200, 250, 384, 480 and 560 mm travel per revolution, with dynamic rated loads of 130, 250, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,200, 3,600, 6,000 and 14,000 N.

Selection also considers actual radial/tangential loads, speed, preload, orientation, impact, duty and bearing life.

Provide target life, maximum continuous load, emergency impact load and allowed positioning error together.
