PRODUCTION & INSPECTION

Datum and mounting faces are ground first to establish a stable basis for tooth processing, heat treatment and inspection.
Module, tooth form and pitch govern cutter position, tooth-space consistency and machining allowance.
Heating, travel, cooling and distortion are controlled to achieve tooth hardness and wear resistance.
A five-face machining centre completes long-rack profiles, mounting faces, hole patterns and end interfaces with fewer set-ups.
Dedicated rack grinders finish tooth profile, lead and pitch under controlled cooling for precision transmission.
CMM, tooth-profile, pitch and manual checks verify dimensions, tooth accuracy, hardness and mounting interfaces.
